I was concerned that my cats could not digest beef since they have never eaten it before in their life. So, I emailed Dr. Becker and this is what she said…
Sounds like they’re sensitive to beef, so simply make the chicken and turkey recipes for them and avoid beef.

I was happy to read this! I was worried they wouldn’t be getting a balanced diet. So, beef was out and we were doing great until Monday.
Roxi started throwing up after each meal! It was never the food just liquid. Weird! I am still in a quandary about this and am trying different variations to see what happens with her. I hate that my little girl is getting sick! I ordered some digestive enzymes to help her out. They should be here shortly. Poor girl! Writing this, I recalled the reason why I restricted their diet a long time ago. It was because of Roxi’s sensitivity to different types of meats. I guess we will be testing her out all over again.
Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated!
